I’m excited to announce that I’ll be performing as a solo artist at the Lafayette Electronic Arts Festival (LEAF). I will be debuting a new multimedia electronic music concert experience I’ve been working on for a number of months.
I hope to see you there and please pass it on.

ABOUT THE FESTIVAL
[LEAF] is the Lafayette Electronic Arts Festival. It is a showcase of electronic and new media arts that bridges the classical music and traditional art worlds with contemporary electronic and emerging new media, including sonic and visual elements combined in new and novel ways.
Returning LEAF 2025 — this time as a solo artist — Mark will deliver an immersive, retro-futurist electronic music and visual performance featuring original songs.
This multimedia journey fuses original cinematic, sci-fi-inspired music with driving beats and synth ear candy, all synchronized to visuals enhanced by live camera effects that blend narrative and abstract visual elements.
At the heart of his rig is the Synthstrom Deluge (New Zealand), known for its powerful sequencing, sampling, and synthesis. Alongside granular synths and effects, he uses it to create and perform live versions of his electronic compositions. Songs are brought to life by blending snippets of studio recordings with fresh, sequenced interpretations. He further enhances each piece with live arrangements, per-track real-time effects, live synthesis, and expressive lead synth work on keyboards.
The visuals are customized to each song’s story—incorporating specific assets, abstract visualizations, and live camera effects that enhance the visual impact of keyboard and synth performances. The elements synchronize with the live arrangement from the Deluge, creating unique variations in each performance.
