I just released a new video “Temporal Drift” – A live performance in one take. Ableton Move & Launchkey Mini MK4.
This machine is incredibly fun. Here I am, trying to squeeze as much as I can out of the Move’s four tracks after just a week of owning it—haha.
This song was performed in a single take on an Ableton Move using four tracks. It’s a blend of clips I made on the Move. I’m performing live arrangement, plus I’m playing Move’s velocity and poly-pressure pads. I’m also using a Novation Launchkey Mini MK4 to play synths on tracks 3 and 4
I bumped into so many happy accidents while programming and performing that I don’t think would have happened on my other machines.
As a result, I came up with all sorts of twisted changes in this song. Super fun!
