Albums

Alien Invasion Trilogy

This trilogy is a series of alien invasion concept albums featuring original cinematic techno, dark ambient, and experimental tracks. Each song stands on its own but tells a larger story when listened to in track and album order. Think of these as musical cues for an epic sci-fi movie yet to be filmed.

Album cover for 'Reboot' by Mark Mosher featuring a pixelated face design with the artist's name and album title prominently displayed.

Part 1 (HUMAN): Reboot—alien invasion told from the human point of view.

REBOOT was my debut album as a solo artist way back 2010 and I think it really holds up. It’s s a fan favorite and good place to start with my music.

Album cover for 'I Hear Your Signals' by Mark Mosher featuring abstract red shapes and bubbles.

Part 2 (ALIEN): I Hear Your Signals – the same story as Part 1 but told from the alien point of view with inverted emotional curves.

Album cover for 'Fear Cannot Save Us' by Mark Mosher, featuring a stylized face with illuminated eyes and abstract digital patterns.

Part 3 (HYBRID): Fear Cannot Save Us —picks up after the first two parts and tells the story of a human’s transformation into an alien hybrid being.

This project represented a milestone in my sound design work and incorporates many original presets and custom sound design elements. I was interviewed about this an other elements of this album by Darwin Grosse and Brian Funk.
